Resolution 26-02 Dedication of Town Facilities

RESOLUTION 26-2

Dedicating the Town Hall Maintenance Bay to Ernie Werlein and the Recycling Center to Terry Glanzman

WHEREAS, Ernie Werlein served the Town of Drammen for more than 30 years as the Town Roadman and passed away while in service to the Township; and

WHEREAS, Terry Glanzman served the Town of Drammen for 19 years at the Town Recycling Center and passed away while in service to the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to honor the service and memory of Ernie Werlein and Terry Glanzman by dedicating the facilities with which their service was associated in their names;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Drammen, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, hereby resolves as follows:

  1. The Maintenance Bay at Drammen Town Hall is hereby dedicated in memory of Ernie Werlein, in recognition of his more than 30 years of service to the Township.
  2. The Town of Drammen recycling center is hereby dedicated in memory of Terry Glanzman, in recognition of his 19 years of service at the Recycling Center.
  3. These dedications shall serve as lasting recognition of Ernie Werlein and Terry Glanzman and their service to the Town of Drammen.

The town clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under s. 60.80, Wis. stats.
