The Comprehensive Plan is intended to guide decisions and actions by the Town over a 20-year period, it is impossible to predict future conditions in the Town and amendments may be proper. After a review of the Town of Drammen, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin 2009-2030, Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 5 Existing Conditions, needed a full revision.  A thourough review of chapter 5, Existing Conditions, was conducted and a complete revision to the chapter was created by the Eau Claire County Planning Commision and approved by the Town Board of Drammen in Feburary 2025.

The proposed change, Amendment 2025, is as follows to the original “Town of Drammen, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, Comprehensive Plan 2009 – 2030” adopted 13 July 2009. Remove and replace the front cover “Town of Drammen, Eau Claire Country, Wisconsin Comprehensive Plan. New cover sheet reflects new dates of “2025 – 2045”. Additionally, remove and replace “Chapter 5 Existing Conditions”, in entirety.

This notice is made IAW WI Statute 60.1001(4)(d) to inform the public of the proposed change and provide an opportunity for written comments. All comments or questions should be submitted to W6372 Rock Creek Road Mondovi, WI 54755, or emailed to [email protected] for consideration by the Town Board of Drammen.  A public hearing to consider comments or questions will be held on 14 July 2025 at 7pm.
